Questions

What people ask before starting

What is SupplyONE

SupplyONE is a cloud management system for food service. It brings stock, inventory, purchase orders, supplier invoice control, food cost, recipes, HACCP and reporting into one platform, used from the browser and from the app for iPhone and iPad.

Does it work on tablets and phones

Yes. The platform is a web application that adapts to computer, tablet and phone and needs no installation. For work on the floor there is also a native app for iPhone and iPad with delivery confirmation, stock counts and HACCP records.

Can I manage several locations and brands

Yes. SupplyONE was built for chains: every location has its own warehouse, users and settings. Reports can be read as a group or filtered by single site, and one user can belong to several companies and switch context from the menu.

Can I import data from my current system

Yes. Items, suppliers, customers, warehouses and recipes import from CSV and Excel files. The file exported from the platform can always be imported back, so you can fix data in bulk and upload it again without losing anything.

Which languages are available

Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. The language is set per user, so people in the same location can work in different languages on the same data.

How does supplier invoice control work

Electronic supplier invoices are collected automatically and matched to items and locations. The comparison uses the goods actually received as the reference and shows price and quantity differences line by line, so gaps appear before payment.

How long does it take to start

With guided setup and data import a single location starts within a few days. For chains we plan a dedicated path with team training and a progressive rollout of the sites.

Where is the data stored

Application and database are hosted on Google Cloud in the European Union, with automatic backups. Data belongs to the client and can be exported at any time.
